Title: Why crpg mod died?

I havent been here for a while, but when i log in on EU1 this days its barelly 10 ppl on it and thats like only battle serwer for eu. In old days EU1 was always filled with minimum 50 ppl on it and now its empty.

Shame, it was best mod ever made for a game making it 100% more enjoyable.

Mod is only dead in EU if you're a battle scrublord. Mod is life in conquest still.

Because devs thought their nerfs and buffs to the system were what's best for the mod.

Mod being ded is a relative term, it wont truly die out until the servers are removed because you'll never stop getting a few people who cling to the past and keep playing cos they grinded too much in the past to consider leaving even for bannerlord. Those lvl 35+ tryhards in full loomage will still return here time and again but in smaller numbers.

From another perspective, based on the population and activity the mod is already ded.

I'm just a lv 31 tryhard...but I plan on sticking around for a long time.  Not because of the grinding, but because I actually like the game more than others that I have.

Yesterday, work/school day, 90ppl EU2 40EU1.Mod is nowhere close to die.It's just work/school season just deal with it already.You cant have full servers at these periods of the year.
Also to devs:Bring new patch soon..

There were many clans like bisantium and many, many others playing on EU1 battle all the time. Back in early 2012 serwer was filled with ppl and mods. Now its a ghost town. Battle was always more popular than siege.

No modding restrictions + discussions about it lately probably don't make the game appealing to play
Game is too hard for newbies to get into
Game is old + some new games are out
No patches for a while too, or the patches don't address problems with the mod like pewpew classes

NA isn't dead yet.

Its dying, and not as full as it used to be, but battle had like 50 people last night.

Nothing like the 70-80 people parties we had going on not too long ago, but still...

I mostly lament Strat. It was fun as hell before it became a chore.

Haha, just realized it doesn't look like a bison shoulder protector at all. Decided to move flag to the bottom. Less embarrassing, and now it looks like a military marketing pic where each country presents their tanks.

But really, bisantium is fucking gold. Remember all these fights mercs vs bisantium, 10/10 crpg battles, would play again.

To finally answer your question, the average multiplier is higher on EU2 since the last Conquest patch. EU1 tends to have less players than EU2 since then, and the people who never played on any other server but EU1 think the mod is dying because their one and only home is less crowded than before.

The total number of players is fluctuating a lot, which you can see on the player count displayed on the website. It is often inaccurate however. Last time I looked, it said there are 132 players online, but there was a Strat battle on EU3 with 80 players, EU1 with 25 players and Siege with 50 players. Adding together the EU servers only without even looking at NA, OC and CN shows there have been more than 132.

Reasons that made mod die:

-script where horse just standing on 2 feets and does "yhohohohoh".
-horse arch have  terminator horse and great accuary even when they hold  aiming
-"double horse combo"
-MM sux


These should have been fixed : )
