Title: Noble Disciples strike at the heart of Free Trading Conglomerate

After victories in the North, Jesus and Friends disappeared for a while. The peasant overlords began to relax, trade resumed as normal, and their evil misdeeds continued. All progress seemed gone, forgotten.
"You are outnumbered, give up this fight!" "The peasant horde is invincible, you have no chance!" "One man cannot stand against many!"
Words that took a toll on the mind of this humble trader, now deemed outlaw in the eyes of many in the North. Do these people not understand he was trying to save them from the tyrannical order of the free peasants? Doubt set in, and he sought out words with the Lord. For 40 days and 40 nights he wandered the unforgiving tundra, and many perished on this journey. He saw himself in a strange land now; they did not speak his tongue, and they worshiped many false deities. He found shelter in the town of Shulus, where he met a man claiming to be a messenger of God.
"In 3 days time there will be a star in the East, follow it until you find the village of Nova Tismirr. There you will find your new home."
His numbers were depleted, and he knew not if his men could survive another long journey. Before he could ask of his Father's intentions, the messenger disappeared.
So he and his disciples prepared to set out once more, weary, but hopeful. For their belief bolstered their spirits and hardened their will. On the third day an army entered Shulus, demanding to see the Son of God. He appeared before them, and they all rejoiced. Their commander explained that they had been searching the lands for the one who was responsible for the defeat of Froyo's army in the ice fields of New Shulus. They believed his cause was most worthy and lent their arms, food, horses, and lives to the prophet.
So there they stood, 2000 men strong, ready to continue where they left off and establish a foothold in the North. Last time they merely cut the Federation on its nose. This time, they would plunge a dagger into the very heart of the Free Traders!

Good work, we ended up being down 10 men very early into the match, due to some questionable people quitting right before or just after accumulating a few kills in the battle. Correct me if I'm wrong but Vick, Dbrookz, Legs, Im_Gay all had no explanations for leaving, just wondering if you guys all had internet issues, real life issues, or whatever. I'm not accusing any of you of anything, just want to know why you would show up and leave so early.
Aside from that, the strength of God entered the hearts of all defenders this day.
Negga crew, Chaos, Frisians, Occitan, Tretter, Maple, Tydeus and all the EU friends could be seen cutting down the remnant hordes in swathes. Some eyewitnesses claimed that their archers outnumbered us 10-1, yet the arrows could not inflict damage upon us. Though hope seemed lost at some parts of the battle, you could count on Daru or Negga to let out death roars and pushing the battle back towards our enemies.

Seriously though, I was in a tough village siege right before yours where our side could have won except that we didn't have any siege gear. Then I joined your siege and found out that there wasn't even a teamspeak channel for us to organize in. IMO it could have been a solid victory for your side with good K/Ds and a lot of survivors if you organized it properly so I was pretty disappointed when I found out what our team was basically a mob. It just didn't seem worth it to stick around for 2000 tickets. Also a family birthday was today and all I had for dinner was a piece of cake and I was really hungry.
I usually make it a point to not bail on fights that I apply for, but today was an off day for me. I'm sorry and I promise that it won't happen again.

It's a question of manpower and people willing and able to move armies more than anything. It'd be dumb to go up into FCC lands with 3 armies, we'd just get intercepted and locked down, sent to EU. But that's literally all we can really rely on to move at the current time- not because of lack of troops, but because of lack of people willing and interested in actually moving those troops.

Between idle people just wasting gold or troops, those who only want to spare enough commitment to recruit troops (we're also not attempting to recruit outside members to do this for us like I saw Murder doing with Amatsuka and excav pls this morning on NA 1) or look over fiefs, and those more interested and available primarily for trade endeavors (3-4), we don't have much left man, not enough for a coordinated attack against a larger faction with more active members. Maybe enough for one kind of sloppy attack #yolo etc but that seems like a waste and of even less consequence than shelling in, to us. Not that we haven't tried to get more interest in Strat, we just don't force people who aren't interested to do stuff. How would we?
So I guess, keep thinking of us as pussies if you want, Tanken. We've got integrity to our members and don't take accepting new people into our group lightly (ANYMORE, haha) as that can have a dramatic effect on teamspeak environment (clashing personalities, egos, etc). We don't want to absorb or merge other clans into our Strategus faction. I feel it better to have more small clans despite the knowledge that larger factions have the advantage- zerging to win isn't the point of Strat, though every iteration to this point would like to convince us that is and that it's not just how people choose to make it. We don't server hop for mercs when we already outnumber an opponent for mercs to ensure a win, because winning is nice but it's secondary.

Mala, just send an army or two of 1-2k troops to fuck with FCC or another clan at least once a week and keep burning off troops for fun only. I don't think FCC will rage out and try to wipe you all out of the map. Just stimulate the XP economy with battles and gentleman's agreements!
