I was building with construction for multiple rounds. This makes my chat disappear, which I mentioned in chat 2 or 3 times. Then I'm building a Healing Tent and Liorick kicks me. I come back and rage at him because I'm tired of these new idiot admins who think they know the rules when they don't! Seriously, they should make them pass a test or something. Then Desire is like it's delaying, bla bla bla. And Liorick says he warned me, which I couldn't see because my chat was disappeared.
CONSTRUCTING IS NOT AGAINST THE RULES. "Oh, but you weren't helping the team!" THEN WHAT IS A HEALING TENT FOR? I know the rules; I've been on this game probably longer than all the NA admins except Shik because he's a developer. I KNOW THE RULES.
•No drawing/delaying the round on purpose (i.e. running away or camping unreachable places when you're one of the last people alive)
◦OK: running away and shooting enemies that are reachable by projectiles
◦NOT OK: running away or avoiding confrontation when there is nobody to shoot in range or everyone is behind cover.
◦NOT OK: running away or avoiding confrontation to search for ammo
•No siege equipment spam
◦OK: Planting ladders to get to roofs or walls
◦OK: Blocking a door with a construction site
◦OK: Planting siege shields to provide cover from ranged fire
◦NOT OK: Creating a weapon rack and spawning more than a few items to block movement
Now please tell me where I went wrong. I wasn't delaying; there were still many people left. "You weren't helping the team." Umm ok so what is a Healing Tent for? Seriously, tell me. And shove it Liorick.

New idiot Admins?
Miley, i'm Liorick. I was being pretty patient, but unfortunately didn't know that you couldn't read the chat.
I kicked you and the 6 other folks after warning multiple times and having people rage in chat about your hour-long delaying/leeching (building stuff in a corner) and not attacking enemies near you.
No healing tents were popping, I only saw Siege towers. And the same 3-6 people delaying in a corner, not attacking each other.
Was fine for a couple of rounds, but I did give fair warnings.
Go fight. This ain't Sim city. lol

Rule number 2: No drawing/delaying the round on purpose
I gave enough warnings. then a kick. Come on now... I don't need to point this out to you. First few rounds fine, but this had been going on for a while.
No need to get mad. :P
Real problem is; why cant you read chat anymore once you start building stuff?

not sure how drawing out at least 20 rounds by not hitting the enemy team and sitting in the back building things isn't leeching but alright.

Excuse me, I was still doing way better than a lot of other people because I would pick up a weapon and fight. I was doing 9-3, etc...

Nothing wrong with building a healing tent, the admin was out of line and as far as delaying goes, miley, myself and others were not running around when we were last nor were we hiding/not attacking.
Liorick is the first admin I've seen indiscriminately ban people that even happened to be in the vicinity of the construction (he banned oggrinsky, who had been fighting the whole time and attacking a horse archer, and almost all of the teutonic guys who were fighting as well)

Nobody was banned, they were kicked, quit crying and get over it kids.
Palatro and Noobie were banned for 4 days for constructing towers in corners of the map some time ago.
You got 3 warnings and a kick. Grow up.

There were LITERALLY 100 people waiting for you guys to quit goofing off at the end of every round for an hour.

All that for a kick after an hour of goofing off in a corner. Its pretty unfortunate. Calling me an idiot for not being aware of something that is buggy on your end and which I have no control over... lol

No I'm mad because it's the third time an admin has been wrong in their kick (for me).
Muki kicked me and later admitted it was wrong.
Dach kicked me when another person was supposed to be kicked.
You kicked me for not breaking the rules.
And Muki almost kicked me another time, but I proved him wrong so I didn't get kicked. I'm tired of these amateur admins.

The issue wasn't the building of a siege tower (even though dozens of people were raging in admin chat about it & asking admins to do something) I didn't care for the first rounds/map
The issue was that over time, players from both teams were running around in dresses with no weapons, "bro"ing it up and not fighting each other, wasting everyone's time to build a useless siege tower in a corner of the map. This went on for an hour. After three attempts to politely ask folks to get back to fighting and playing the game, I figured it was time to break it up.
I'll apologize to those who were kicked for being there one round and who may not have seen the warning; I did not keep track of who was there every time.

If your common sense is not working, here are some more specific guidelines. This is not an explicit list, common sense always overrides disputes. Do not come crying "it's not prohibited in the rules" if you invent a new creative way to be an idiot and get punished.

No, I would have told you you were wrong. And as a community veteran who's been on here longer than you and played more than you and knows the rules better than you, the "goofiness" didn't have to stop. I could've have kept building forever as long as I was helping the team, which I was--scoring in the top every map. Okay, Palatro and Noobie got banned for doing "what we were doing." I doubt it was the same scenario, and IF you weren't even there, you shouldn't even have mentioned it. Oh and I forgot that everyone should've have been there and known they got banned for doing something!!!!111!11 Why even mention it, seriously...

1. Kick the people who came from the other team and didn't fight--the people who were actually breaking the rules.
2. We were building at basically areas at spawn.
3. A Horse Archer can be last versus 50 people but can still go around shooting without giving up. It's obvious he/she's not going to win. Is that wasting time? No.
4. Just because you think it's useless?
5. Everyone had weapons, even if they might have been sheathed. If you didn't know, punching does count as fighting.

I disagree with your reasoning. Siege towers are useless in the Battle server because of the time limit. How you can even argue otherwise speaks volume. (Sure, if you could instantly spawn one at the beginning of the round that would change my opinion). But that's not even the reason I removed folks despite the early demands for a ban by dozens of players criticizing us for not taking action.
Kick the people of the other team? I did. Both sides weren't fighting, fairness in judgement- everyone was removed. If you are so intransigent that you can't comprehend the situation from an admin perspective, then there's no reason in going on about it. Stay hard-headed and mad at me. I'll sleep easy knowing that a kick was fair after three warnings, and that a 100 players were spared the tomfoolery at the end of every round for longer than an hour.
I was patient. I let you build for a while - when it got out of hand I asked everyone nicely to stop. Nobody did. I removed everyone who was there and you were in the group. End of story. I want to play the game as well and I won't start playing detective to sort out who wasn't attacking who first.
Friendly suggestion; go to the duel server if you want to practice building a Siege Tower 15 times.
Now I'll let you get the last word in as you can't seem to go on without having it.

Also you keep saying you warned me several times, bla bla bla. Yes, but I couldn't see chat. So don't bring that up. You could kick the people after you made sure they could see your message. You could also ask if anyone could message me on Steam or other alternatives. Also, if the other people stopped, I would've stopped.

Miley you can't be serious with this... you got warned to stop in-game - if you didn't have chat available it's not Gash's problem. And you have to be out of your mind if you think an admin should be required to ask around for someone's steam to message them if they aren't answering an admin. You're either trolling or not thinking this through.
