In ALL of our teamspeak channels, we speak english, even if you are in a group of only your countrymen in there, speak english, so that those who join new don't feel as outsiders.
I got lately complaints about a group of germans speaking continously in german even if they are not the only once anymore in the channel, dudes i will kick you out of the clan if need be, i don't give a flying fuck about appologize in this case. I told you often enough, from now on when i join there and i would not here english, i set a ban for those talking not in english, lifted after 1 week. If repeated the ban would be permanent.
Get the news out to your fellow countrymen.
We are an international community, which has english has their prime language .. deal with it and don't be lazy. I wont stand for it that we loose members because they feel neglected and pushed to the side because we don't talk english when they are in the channel.
PS: we do have one german only speaker, i was wrong to accept that in the first place, communication with him now is done through teamspeak chat, i am sorry if that would anilate him or other german speakers, but i rather loose a couple of members this way then that others loose interest in our clan because we would ignore them.
