Pre-Selected Loadouts in cRPG

Been thinking of this idea for a while but never got around to posting it.
Why can't we have selectable classes. Perhaps 4 custom classes that we can customize on the website.

- renaming of these classes to preference (heavy armor, archer etc)
- Tells how much the loadout costs
- Some sort of drop down box or left to right button assembly to choose each class.

If you've ever played COD 4 thru black ops (as bland as they are) the class system is very well designed.

Something like this could save people alot of time clicking every single item to their preference as the round start time dwindles down.

Thoughts?

I disagree with the class system, but saved loadouts would be a very nice feature.
Just 5 saved sets of gear you can name/change on the website, can have the same item in multiple sets. At round start you just pick which set to use and all the gear is loaded.
Maybe you are not bad, but you are a boring person. Well, that's the end of the matter.

??
IMO it amplifies the Role playing aspect even more..
Having customizable classes means you can even create a role playing class.

I really see no negatives to this.

1. Spartan Loadout
2. money making loadout
3. Cavalry loadout

etc etc

I support this idea, just hate that I can't save/load multiple loadouts, and I have to re-equip everything.

It's a nice comfort feature, but don't know how much work is required for this. Anyway, it sounds good.

would be nice to have a money saving outfit, regular outfit, and a 5X outfit all saved, so we don't have to keep changing at the begging of every game/round.

It would be cool, and it seems possible. MM mod has custom equipment screens.

classes implies DIFFERENT SPECS/build.  LOADOUT is a completely different term.  Dont confuse or interuse the 2.

Saveable Loadouts (equipment) = good

what was the point of this post if you said this is a bad idea

stupid idea...sort negatives the whole RPG aspect of the game

and then

classes implies DIFFERENT SPECS/build.  LOADOUT is a completely different term.  Dont confuse or interuse the 2.

when you knew loadouts is what I meant considering there is no way to have different classes with different stats?

Strat first, then I won't care if you add spaceships to cRPG.
