Ok, the tools to restore transactions is finished. To get your items back, you have to 2 options:

A) Post here. Post your exact name (of the main), post when it happened, post what items you lost. The more info you give me the faster it works.

B) If you are not comfortable with everyone knowing all of this, hit me in irc.

Edit: please only post when you fit A), no other posts.

Does this apply to deleted characters as well?  And the alts that were deleted are s.o.l.?

Bunch of regular stuff such as
Klappvisor, tribal warrior, elite cav shield, battlefork, sword of war, longsword, great axe, morning star, grey wisby guantlets, mail guantlets, leather gloves, leather boots, rus cavalry boots, rus splinted greaves, xbow, light xbow, heavy xbow, steel bolts, rus scale armor, green/red/blue/yellow tunics over mail, heraldic tunic over mail, cuir boullei, 30k gold ish,

and a ton of other crap when the character was deleted.  Thanks.
*Still missing the mil cleaver and I have none of the other items.  No shield, no armor.  Basically many 1000's of gold and hours gone.  But I can actually get on my character now at least with the new account system in place, so thanks for that.*

Items: MW Danish greatsword, Lordly heavy gauntlets, Millanese helmet, milanese plate, shynbaulds, Heraldic mail, transitional mail, longsword, bar mace, great maul, 44 armor version of the Kuyak, Rus Armor, morning star, great axe (2 hand 43 cut version),  Forgot lots of items... :(

Gold : around 93k


I also had an alt almost lvl 31 Occitan_Derp_In_A_Can

Items: khergit bow, longbow, warbow, strongbow, bodkin arrows, don't remember the amount of cash I had

Gold: somewhere over 310k
Items: MW Arabian cav sword, Champion Rouncey, Courser, Plated charger .... so many more that I can't remember. Shitloads of armors and weapons xD
