It facked up and I cant be arsed to remake it. xD

Edit:
Also, more knightly helmets with feathers on that come in a few differant colours would be epic.

Edit2:
I serioussly fail when it comes to texturing, too. :/

Edit3:
why could a halebard be used and not a double side axe? you re weird

Because a double headed axe would weigh far too much to be usefull. There are no records what so ever of a double headed axe being used in war.
However, they were used for chopping trees as the extra weight helped chop it and if one side goes blunt you can just flip it over.
But never in battle.

Here's a picture of a Greek pelekus, a double-headed axe or battle-axe:
Greek war axe
Swinging a double-headed, double-bladed axe like this in battle, a warrior could wreak havoc, lopping off heads and limbs in one direction, and then, on his backswing, lopping them off on the other side.

That's ancient greek, not medieval :P

Not read through all that, but is it on about a god or a myth of some sort?

Edit:
It says he is a demon.

Edit2:
Nevermind, it talks of them being used in battle.
Still, thats ancient, not medieval. :P

Bronze is 8400-9200 kg/cube meter
Steel is is 7500-8100 kg/cube meter

And all kinds and forms of weapons were used +- common. Dont underestimate the will of the humans to kill each others :D

"The halberd consists of an axe blade topped with a spike mounted on a long shaft"
quoted from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Halberd

so the weight isnt a problem

Samurai Rice Hat:
visitors can't see pics , please register or login

That aint no samurai hat, that's a rice farmers hat!
I like it :D
Just add a strap under the chin and tilt it backwards a little so you cant see the back of the neck too much. It looks like it's balancing on his head.
