cRPG is still the same version number, just the warband version has changed and needs to be changed to the old version and stuff....

So basically the options for steam users are
1. Revert back to 1.134 version (or whatever version it is)
2. Delete the old warband folder and reinstall it (or dowload patch for warband?)
3. Or wait for someone like Steam or someone to do something about it

Found a full proof way (been mentioned) and cmp said not to directly install over steam files but so far it's the only method that works 100% for me.

1. Download old patch from cmps link:

or
http://download2.taleworlds.com/mb_warband_setup_1134.exe

2. Disable warband from automatically updating on steam.

3. Install the patch to your program files (default option).

3. Once it's done, rename to mountblade warband (the steam name) and copy into your steamapps/common directory.

4. Overwrite and merge ect.

5. Start crpg and there you go. You can play. No loss to mods, options, banners ect ect.

i didn't install anything, i just copied my c-rpg folder from steam and placed it in the normal warband folder and it works...
