I've been getting back on playing these last few days. I've been lectured and threated with ban by Risen guys (hurg) for being too noobish about my swings  And I didn't see much Templars (except OldKnight and some new guys). Is everything okay ?

Welcome back brother! The guild is growing, though you might not find too many of us on EU1 now that we are more likely to be found on any of the other servers.

Yeah, yesterday I actually encountered most lf the old foxes on Shogunate and EU2 (I think). Even some I thought quit playing like Rubicon.
As for TS, I can't enter the Templar channel anymore (I think I need to be invited).

Ye you need to give a shout to either Alpha or Tommy or any other server admin to give you normal access instead of guest, try and poke them on TS or catch them on a server.

And yes, we're usually on EU2 or the shogunate server. The ones with fewer players most of the time
