Hacked?

Today I joined a server and noticed I just had newbie equipment, I had just bought a danish greatsword and had some epic armor.
After closing down the game I saw that I wasn't logged in and when I tried to login I couldn't (Invalid login?)
After making a new character I managed to login and I saw that my level 27 character was level 1 with newbie equipment and I also saw a new character that I haven't made at all named Perkos. I was wondering why the hell he was there.

Also when I made the first character there was like 4 other characters I hadn't made. Is it possible that I share a serialkey with someone else or something?

Heavy Crossbow
Katana
bolts
Danish Greatsword
Heraldic mail with tabard
Vaegir War helmet
Mail gauntless and
Mail Chausses

And I'm in the clan called SoA

Should've paid attention at the part where there were 4 other chars.
Does your "newbie" character actually receive XP and gold on site? If yes, then yeah, you must be sharing your cd-key.
Is it legit? Where did you get it?

I bought the game on steam  and I deleted all characters so It shouldn't be any, but now it seems that there is one.
They gained exp and gold but don't know if kills and deaths, I thought that they were supposed to be there from the beginning, lol.

Well, they obviously weren't meant to. And i guess someone that made them got pissed at you for deleting them ;d
Sharing a key that you got on steam seems highly unlikely though... You should ask one of the devs on irc to help you find out who the other guy is.
