Not to rain on your parade but finish them off is one thing, most players have done that at one time or another.  How many on this list have you taken down from full health?  That is the true test.

But some people on those list are more likely to bs people then kill the enemy, maybe its a list of both.

I can honestly admit that this list is pretty accurate.  I can mess up some of those people in duels, but I definitely fall under inconsistent for battle effectiveness.

Personally, I'd add one more thing to the list, the ATS phalanx.  Whenever I see "..._ATS has changed autobalance limit to 2" that sets off the alarm bells in my head.  Doesn't always win, but it always is a gamechangers.
