In Russian market heirloom point costs 400k.
You get the weapon (or anything else to heirloom) -> U heirloom it -> then u trade it on what u agreed to trade.

For heirloom point trades most people do so in-clan or require collateral.

Trade would look like this:

Trade person item for item's loomed gold value, person takes it looms it and sells it back for the deposit + agreed upon price.

Any other way seems to be asking to give away free heirlooms.
