Weapon swings

Something I've noticed happening often with cRPG, my weapon swings sometimes will only let me choose two or even sometimes just one direction regardless of how I move the mouse. Anyone know why this is happening?

You probably move the mouse in a different direction than you think. You ALWAYS swing in the direction you move the mouse. Maybe it is your mouse?

Well it works fine in unmodded M&B:W.

uh, not all weapons have 4 attack vectors?

No kidding. It doesn't matter what weapon it is. Could be two handed or one handed sword with or without a shield. Or a pole arm. An axe, etc. Doesn't matter. Eventually i'm able to swing in a different direction, but then that's the only direction i can swing in.

No, oddly it was switched to by movement keys. Switched it back to mouse and i'm fine. ty.
