I had 2 heirloom points to spend so i increased my flamberge to tempered and then balanced.
I'd also reached level 31 so i thought "what the hell, i'll retire and make my flamberge a masterwork"
Now i'm level 1 with just a "flamberge"
No tempered, no balanced, no masterwork.
EDIT: Uhh apparently it was a display bug, i just went into my charater page again and i now have a Masterwork Flamberge
