Don't get yourself fooled by the gypsies you see on TV, 90% of the gypsies here don't give a fuck about their "culture". I'm talking about gypsies who go abroad to beg and steal and have villas and drive sportscars back home. Or the gypsy mafia that controls drugs, prostitution and weapon trafficking; they even do "legit" business with the state that brings them hundreds of millions from taxpayers money. Hell we even have a gypsy known as the "asphalt lord" (for making roads for the state at 100x the real price) who has a Veyron and a private racetrack.
And of course we have the average gypsy that behaves just like the "thugs" in US - they wear same bling clothes, listen to a similar kind of music (manele), drive shitty 20-30 years old "pimped" cars, are organised in gangs, always carry weapons (mostly knives/swords or non-lethal guns, thankfully firearms are very expensive and highly illegal in Romania) and most of them bounce in/out of jail every few years for crimes like stealing, assault or rape.
And sadly, like you have wiggers we have a lot of young people who look at gypsies as rolemodels and adopt their behaviour.
