Thomek come online today and decided to abuse his admin and mess about with some settings and changing the map rotation and being repeatedly told not to.

There was more than one admin on. But thomek just went ahead and done what he wanted and not what the public wanted.....

Tried contacting people on IRC, got through to Nuffen, apparently he can't do anything he tried, I know that's for sure.

I do find it odd that admins are able to reduce the number of players on the server but not increase them...

Actually I think Thomek did try to fix it ... I think it was 64 before and he tried to put it back to 120. Unfortuantely a Server restart is required to do this afaik. I will try to catch someone who is able to do that :p

If 120 Players make a problem then lower it down to 110 or 100...
But 64 is a shit. Sorry for that but it cant be balanced when some ppl kill around 10 or more in 1 round ;)

Also I'm still not sure what happened, was the server already on 64 players and was Thomek trying to fix it?

I think increasing server size above 64 is only able to be done by modding the server, that's why admins can reduce to 30 and increase to 64 if they want, just not higher than 64.

Yep, sorry for failing!

I asked in chat if there was a general opinion to change it to random plains, so we could have some plains tactics. The majority of replies said yes.

I tried to change the player amount to 120 before, because in my interface it was on 63. The row of messages appeared when i held down the button to change it to 120... Obviously, that didn't work. I'm truly sorry!

Well then I changed the map, and I couldn't get it back to 120.

(edit) I've been changing maps many times in the past, but it's now a long time ago. Never had this problem so..)
