I'm guessing Pecores_Ccoin2 as he was second a while back with the next closest to him 30 million less xp.  He only would need to have made 35 million or so in the last 2-3 months since this thread was made compared to 65+ million for the next highest guy.

Cute Xant, but you forgot to change your level up at 180 780 million, if you were level 35 it would say 420 million or thereabouts.  Also, I was only recently passed, I was still rank 1 when i respecced, but I've been playing mostly strategus battles which give 1/10th the xp of battle server.    :
