What would be a better measurement of skill and harder to achieve is a high rounds won - rounds lost ratio.Why not put that on the character page?It is not fair to compare the total k:d ratio between players as everyone are playing differently.However, it can be useful for yourself to compare between generations. Just like a rounds w:l ratio would be.A high k:d ratio can easily be acquired with unfair methods like: - Playing on low populated servers vs bad players- Playing on high populated servers where you can easily pick your fights vs less good players- Always using your best equipment- Not playing certain maps- Not spawning certain rounds when you believe the enemy team has too many good players and too few bad.- Avoiding to die at all costs. Just trying to get easy kills. Not caring about round outcome.- Not retiringThe best of players in my opinion are those who makes their team win round after round but not neccessarily getting a good score.Sure you help the team by killing a lot of players, but you should know when to stop picking easy kills and turn back to help your team.Ironically, the players that are considered the best players are not always the ones actively helping their team but the ones who just top the scoreboards by picking easy targets and not making sacrifices.On a small server the real skill of a player becomes more obvious as it it less random. You can be aware of all of the enemy players. You know how many archers or cavalry they have. You are less likely to get shot all of a sudden from a projectile that was not even meant to be hitting you but a teamate etc...On a small server an archer with a negative k:d ratio can be the most valuable player and usually I like having good archers in my team over any other class. I don't care if they have a "bad score" or not.I love good archers in my team! Guess what I hate the most... ;)
