how much str is needed on an agi whore with long dagger?
i do not need to deal great damage, just enough to not glance on every hit on 60 armor.
Interrupting his attack is actually enough for me.

can i do that with 1 ps? 2? or is 3 needed?

Never glancing while standing still against 60 body armor with an unheirloomed long dagger?  That's a pretty tall order.

You would probably need about 10ps for swings and 5 for thrusts.

Well, before the big patch, I had a quick character with two powerstrike that used a scimitar (30 cut).  He would almost always glance on black armor unless we were both running at full speed toward each other, if that helps.

When standing still you will always glance, but with 12 athl you will run so fast not even the mighties armour will glance your blow! Just ask Nemeth if you curious. Also if you stack just athl and WM and get 1 PS then you can have 190 wpf at level 30. More than enough when you get almost 200% speed bonus

3 is not enough, even 5 doesn't effect sometimes
