Stop acting so naive. He didn't state "I'm and admin" he threatened Xol with his admin powers, and thus a ban. If you're not bright enough to realize that, you thereby forfeit your right to have an opinion in this discussion.

It was sarcasm, genius.  Obviously there was an implied threat.  But a pretty weak one considering the guy was already asked nicely twice and still chose not to do the right thing.

I was pretty much stressed that whole day because of one item .. that makes me laugh now.. but yesterday wasnt fun..  I wasnt playing and having fun, instead I was running around, looking for trades, checking the forum, pms, spammin everyone and everywhere.. ya thats no fun.. and finally I got the crap shit pixel item after some hours and yeah.. I made a mistake, but I sure don't apologize to anyone, I did no harm to...

The same thing happened to Segroeg  and I was the guy, who bought the underpriced item. Didn't take 2 words and he got it back.

I liked it, cos this really was an awesome community, unlike most of the online games.
After some time You know the players as if You met them in RL.. and I do have a RL ;)

This I just cannot really understand. No community I've encountered online (and I've been online since 1996) has been so full of contempt and vitriol and obnoxious lack of respect as this one. But the gameplay makes it worth it.

You've apparently never seen the DotA/HoN community. It's pretty much one of the worst things in the gaming industry. Also, this community really isn't that bad, dumb, but not nearly as lacking in respect as you seem to think. Now the CS 1.6 community, that was a community of obnoxious and disrespectful 14 year olds, it was ridden with e-thugs.

A "weak" threat? Being banned is such a trifle thing as to be called "weak"? Or do you mean it was rather fair for him to threaten with a "ban" simply because Xol didn't immediately give the item back? So you're saying it's fair to just go around threatening to ban people simply because you have to power to, even though he would be blatantly abusing his power? I fail to see how you, as a player, aren't appalled  that an admin on a game you play, would so easily threaten someone with a ban. Simple emotions do not qualify one as being above the law.
