how to attached pictures

Could someone please tell me how to attached screenshot/file?
I am trying to get the gift from "chadzmas Gifts & The Holiday Best Outfit Contest 2021"

I really don't think I have the option to add attachment.  I created this account long time ago around 2012.  I don't even have my password.  Lucky I can login through the crpg character account.  When I try to get my password through email, it said my email is not valid. It's actually the email I received from chadz for the OKAM key. 

When I click Attachments and other Options,

only 4 options available to me: (and the shortcut) nothing else.

Host image using a service like https://postimages.org/

Right click the image once hosted and copy image address

Then use this format in your forum post to have the image

visitors can't see pics , please register or login
