Jokes aside, it's interesting to see how fast people started to hog ressources secretly. I forgot to look if antiviral sanitizers are also sold out, though I kinda doubt it. People see face masks everywhere in the news and think that it's a great protection, but I bet a lot of them buy masks and don't even wash hands regulary. It's interesting to observe how the whole world reacts to this phenomenon

Many of those WWII or even WWI masks have asbestos or other harmful materials in them. Modern masks are fine, I got one but its a Chinese copy of 3M and I have no filters so it is useless mostly. But I can make filters because I have HEPA filters laying around.

Other than that have a couple of N95 masks I am wearing when processing food or drilling something.

The thing about masks is they are mandatory in China. In Europe, they may not be. Never went out with a mask, people would look at me constantly. This aint Asia.

Anyone can die from this but thankfully about 85% get it mild. Problem is, it spreads like crazy, three times worse than flu.

The most bizarre story involving coronavirus is South Korea. Apparently they have some very influential doomsday Christian cult going on there and members of that cult make up majority of infected in Korea and are major spreaders. One of the main people appointed to stop the spread of the coronavirus in S. Korea turns out to be a member of said cult. Someone will definitely turn that into a movie in a few years.

Apparently, cult activities are on the rise in my place as well. Various graffiti written on walls, one accusing certain individuals of being members of a cult, then the next day it is replaced by the cult answer on the same wall. Third and last graffiti I saw was some end of times message. Today along with the usual pizza pamphlets I picked up doomsday cult propaganda piece in my mailbox. Guess these are the same guys. Locust invasion in Africa that is currently happening helps spread the cult propaganda because it has ties to Bible mumbo jumbo end of times stories.

The majority of those masks are useless unless you spend decent money to get one good enough to stip viruses, even then it can get gaps pretty easily.

It is already here. When people saw hazmat suits in downtown they freaked out big time. Unfortunately, my sister was in Italy last week, in Milan and Bergamo. We were together on Sunday. No symptoms yet showing in any of us although my throat is a bit sore today but I am not coughing. Yet.

Mostly concerned for my parents, they are both 63 and have serious medical issues.

They say ebola medicine can help (Remdesivir) but no such medicine in Serbia.

Knowing people here, Serbia will be European Iran.

Throat a bit sore, head a bit hot but no fever. Cough infrequent but mild, although very dry. Maybe it's just cold.

Germany seems to be the new EU cluster, the first case without travel history. That's how Iran and Italy happened.

If you have savings, start spending like crazy. Your money will be worth half of what is now. We will not perish but even without this global economy was in for another severe recession. This only makes it much harsher.

If Sweden gets hit it would probably cause some trouble, but i wouldnt expect it to be horrible. We do have pandemic counter measure preparations, but apparently they havent been active for a while so i wonder if anything will come of it. Not sure if theres budget enough for it after paying out all the welfare checks to new swedes.
