Hi there,

I know you may feel sad, or disappointed or that all your hard work stopped in just a moment because of a few games in which you may not have had the best attitude out there. I know disappointment can turn into frustration, as it can never be easy to lose something in which you invest your own personal time. But apart from the few games that led to the permanent suspension, there is also the previous warning that was received in an attempt to ,,reform'' so to say, the account; like a reminder that certain things should not be done.

I know that some people can be annoying and that you might feel like exhibiting your emotions in chat, especially if they have a bad match or they are straight up being negative. Don't get me wrong, in a game like League, emotions may run high, but the difference maker is whether or not you display them in chat or not, because, well, it can lead to grim scenarios, such as this one.

I'm not questioning the fact that you may have changed, but permanently suspended accounts will have to remain that way, as tough as it may be sometimes. Apologies, I know it might not be what you wanted to hear, but I'll have to be the bearer of bad news.
