Strategus battle, around 3 A.M BST

I got banned for being EU after I hit tristan (he had no banner on my screen) and then I hit him accidently on enemies flags when there was one running around.
Before that I also got kicked by reports for accidently bumping or teamhiting people while playing cav with 120 ping which as said tristan was intentionally. It is not true due to that it happens when you play with such high ping especially on cav,  its not possible to predict everyones movement.

So I ask for unban due its not fair that I m banned, I didnt do any shit.
