Lost my richest and highest level character because of ip change

I play on a new ip now but accidentally logged into my character Arglwydd_Cymru_y_dde_Ddraig before recovering my website account, now this character is not listed as mine anymore? please help admins!

This is Yuhmaz from Donkey Crew,the issue you are having is not insoluble.Try changing your in-game nick and enter the servers again.If it doesnt works,you can send me id/pw in private,i can recover the character manually from the site panel.See you in the battlefield!

Character could be on a different CD key. IP doesn't change your characters.

That's actually quite helpful, I changed my CD-Key because I got the game again on Steam for convenience.
Now I get kicked out of any server I try to join with a "this character is not yours" message. Is there a way to transfer it to the new CD-Key?

Yes, any admin of high rank can move them for you. Gotta be able to prove the characters are yours though
