Server list doesent refresh properly

Hi ho,
the issue is, that my server list doesent show me server EU_1-3 sometimes. They desappear and after some days suddenly they are back online. Neither my mates have this problem nor have i activated filters. My favorite list shows me refreshing 11 servers. At least i only get EU_4-6. If i switch from favorites to internet i see the search engine leaves out 110 servers. EU_1-3 are within this 110 servers :cry:
I made a test with my internet connection. I went online with a SIM-Card (UMTS, HSDPA) once i had this problem. The result was i found all servers :?
Im currently use regular dsl and i live in germany.
