I agree, Renaissance armor is really needed. In fact, it's always good to get more armor, as it spices up the battlefield a bit. How am I supposed to be a proper Swiss mercenary without the traditional colorful outfits
I don't see why these people are saying that the Renaissance "sucks" seeing as many/most of the weapons are from that time period and location.
I think most people think the Renaissance sucks, because gunpowder made shields and heavy armor obsolete, which led to the light fencing weapons and costumes of doubtful masculinity.
