I think there are great rules to enforce and other rules that can be ignored
saying n word - mute move on
saying women should be beaten - nothing
dueling your homie on the same team at the start of round to assert dominance - only allowed every once in a while
delaying - instant kick
afk - instant kick
bro coding - warning / kick
admins job is to make sure things run smoothly and everyone has a good experience I GET THAT. However things that waste peoples time like delayers and saying women should have more rights is A WASTE OF TIME. Please don't let an xbower last on team run around when theres 15 people on the other team still alive.
Youre a good dude just please stop people from wasting time I'm fucking addicted to crpg and when i have to watch some fuckers do fuck shit like delay bro code delay or run around being a delayer I start to itch real bad. I need the fix man keep us playing as long as bossiple!

While I do not agree on some of the punishments you have suggested, I will definitely watch more closely for bro-coding and delaying in general.
But you have to remember, just because someone stands still or runs away for 5 seconds doesnt automatically mean they're delaying, there's a fine line and most of the time people are on the correct side of that line, but the true delayers outshine those who just want better positioning.
