for me i want wipe for crpg and strategus in same time. it will be like if someone wants to play strat he needs to level up at eu1.  we have allready 30 strat players who is adict to this game they will play no matter what. when oldies or newbeis saw there  is 30 player they will join to boom public server alive

the max discount should be set at 60%. i'll recreate the bug and figure out where things went wrong, and fix it for good this time


fixed. will consider how to proceed from here with regards to abuse of the bug. either

• reset entire strat (pp is wack anyway)
• reset just eu strat (us goodboy na players haven't abused it)
• reset strat back to earlier in the week when the bug was not abused
• manually lower the silver gain of those guys to what it was earlier

if strat isn't reset, it's likely i'll employ measures to drastically reduce PP. in a way that is fair, so that people who invested points get those points back somehwat

thanks for bringing this to my attention. it turned out that some older pages (shops page for fiefs) used different constants than the newer ones do, which is just dandy to deal with. anyway, this should not be an issue in the future

It is way too late to not reset Strat if you plan to fix it. People already printed money because of ridiculous growths, my and some few people's ideas of banditing is useless, every faction including my supposedly poor af bandit faction has plate armor sets, you just gotta reset it.

Also hey, you once said you'd wipe if everything else failed, which they did, so I seriously expect a wipe now

I agree with Heibai. A total clean reset is required to achieve a fair play.
Even if you check significant anomalies that reveal a clear abuse of the bug, I don't think you'll be able to observe those that haven't cheated that much and invested their little cash in armor or other items...
I'm not aware if this happened in NA strategus. If posible, I would not reset theirs but to make sure I would do it afterall.
1 week is not enough imo, who knows since when this has been discovered.

It's not only that but the whole PP increase is way out of whack. It's already the plate grind and NA has fought two actual battles from what I could see, both over some silly village in the north that one guy plays for memes. EU has had maybe 5-6 real battles and now everyone's going to be in plate, sitting in their castles.

What's the point of playing Strategus if it's just constant siege grind in full plate? Wouldn't playing EU2/NA2 do the exact same thing? People are running around with 6000 crates naked with no care in the world because even if they get attacked there's plenty more from where those goods came from. Villages make 1 point per hour when it should make maybe 3-4 per day and this is after it was lowered from the first few weeks being something like 3-4 times higher?

It's too late to turn down the PP production which is the problem. Some fiefs now have 3k production which is about twice as much as last strats were after a few years, lol.

Okay so let's respec all fiefs and set them to 300 PP? Well everyone will still have the silly amount of gear they already bought. Plates, greatswords, cav, everything. Nothing will fix these problems other than a full reset.

Yeah I mean I for one don't love 100% plate all that much but I'd rather have a rapid strat round than a slow drawn-out one that is nothing but months of grinding to afford enough mid-tier gear for a single battle.

People grind money so fast -> people take their fiefs so fast -> people have no reason to leave their castles -> now its a siege me down if you want to fight game which sucks ass as attacker -> so they sit in their own fiefs too -> any field battle we get is the occasional "theme battles" " events" now which makes strat only a tool to hold events with and completely destroys its political and economic mechanics.
