Respec without penalty didn't work PLS HELP!!

So i respecced my alternate character lvl 32 and now he is lvl 24. On the site it tells me the respec was without penalty so i am on cooldown again for 7 days but character still got exp penalty. pls help me

Even without a free respec you shouldn't lose that much exp, going back all the way to level 24. Weird.

that's all i can say my alt was 32 now he is 24 and respec is on cooldown and that pisses me off :/

It's a new feature. If you try to respec to a ranged class, you lose 90 % of your experience.

You only had lvl 32 through a glitch. You're character is rightfully at lvl 24 for the XP you have. You did not lose XP when you did respec but your glitched level was corrected.

With 1.5 million XP there is no way your character should have been beyond retirement level.

Just respec your character how you would normally. You will not lose XP.
