can't play with the wse2 enabled; this is the error i get

this thread's links (btw one is broken i had to get one on discord) i get to start the game with wse2 (as long as i don't repair files) but it just fails to connect to any server, it stays on "validating serial number" and then it gives the "connection failed" error; native works somehow, takes a shitload of time to find servers tho. other games generally works, still take a while to connect to game's server (eg rocket league).
basically i changed isp recently, and in the previous day i only had internet without my phone being activated; yesterday got my phone to work, but it still didn't fix anything; i once had the nat set to strict on rainbow six siege and the isp said that to open the nat i needed a static IP, so i made a request for a static IP; checked few hours ago and apparently my IP is now static but i still can't play the game; tried to uninstall and reinstall everything, but as soon as i check the wse2 i cannot start the game (unless i manually change the file as mentioned above). forgot to say that if i start the game via non wse2 i get this other error during the loading screen
no idea what else to do, won't change back to the prev isp since this one got me from 30 mb to 60 in download. hielp
