Instead, what I do is make others take an IQ test, and then look at their results, and then add XX amount of IQ points to their score based on how much more intelligent than them I am.

That seems to be the irreconcilable difference in perception. For many(I suppose) this kind of life is a sad joke but for some it might seem to be the greatest thing ever. But I somehow doubt even that.
