In Serbia we have Syrians of course, because they are passing through here. They do steal food, haven't heard much about rape tho but I can tell you one thing. Syrians mostly behave like civilized people. Few black people we have behave above average compared to native Slavic civilization. But gypsies, they mostly don't behave in civilized manner.

All the meanwhile claiming to be democratic institution. Sounds more like a totalitarian segregationist group to me. I personally am of the opinion that Sami is not even a correct term to use anyways. What I know existed before this current regime of segregationist fanatics were called Laplanders (idk how to translate that correctly tho). Obviously being called a Laplander was a branding issue for them as it refers to a location and culture, not necessarily an ethnic group, which they want to highlight for obvious reasons. Creation of strong group identity to play identity politics of course. Effectively splitting the people of Lapland in half where one member of a family might have sami status and others not due to idiotic arbitrary definitions of what being a sami even is (leaves so much room for interpretation and Sami Parliament ultimately decides on a whim if they accept someone for the status). This can't be good for the area in the long run.

I'm not sure if people are aware of this but Finnish Universities have Sami quotas. They have to perform in the tests to some degree but they will get picked over a regular Finn every time if their level of skill and knowledge is similar. Maybe getting in with lower score than other people. I can't remember exactly how the system works now. I knew about it 10 years ago and I have no reason to believe they have removed it. Such equality yay! Nudging things towards equality of outcome is such a good thing. Not divisive at all and everybody must be very happy. Equality of opportunity is definitely not the clear superior option and lead to better results.
