Yeah, I highly recommend substituting bison for beef whenever possible. Bison is always leaner than even the leanest of beef cuts and tastes more American because you're eating our official National Mammal. They're also never given growth hormones like conventional cattle stock are, and are almost always 100% grass-fed.

actually unions aren't some dead horse in this nation; they just mostly exist around State jobs like teachers, transportation maintenance/construction, law enforcement, et cetera. you've still got some union presence up North but of course down here where I live "union" is something of a dirty word. for the wrong reason, of course..the reason being generally anti-union propaganda upon an easily-influenced populace.
