ok but why dont you order a cheeseburger straightaway instead of talking around with hamburger with...cheese?

some menus specify hamburger, with cheese $ 0.50, so you order the hamburger and they go "do you want any toppings?" and I go "Yes with seige"  little did they know I was on a quest to kill the burger king and his little jester Donald too.
