Me personally I'm not having any problems, archers are supposed to be a support class so they're not supposed to just be able to instagib people anyways, play like a support character and you'll do better imo, that's what I've been doing and I've been doing quite well.

Honestly, I'd be totally content with being a support player if most melee team mates didn't leave you to die in the first chance.

Honestly, I'd be totally content with being a support player if most melee team mates didn't leave you to die in the first chance.
Most of the attacking melee force push forward to attack the enemy team, you do get some flankers, but you can run away or you can face them. Not to mention that archers are now even more powerful and can very easily beat any class in melee combat now.

Ye u can be like "support class" with the standart archer build like 24\18 and some "horn" or "rus" bows.
Bt if u take the most stronk bow and create most powerfull build u wanna feel that u can killing ppls with 1 shot in the face  :?

Using MW Yew Long bow and MW Bodkin arrows (34 pierce dmg)

And with that strong shit build i kill only about 30% of the people with the first shot in the head.
After that i must shoot about 1-2-3 times into the enemy body...

Yes I think. Effective WPF affect damage above 150 wpf, 1.5% for 10 wpf. 1 wpf has 15% damage penalty iirc, 150 wpf 0%, 170 wpf 4.5% more damage.

100 wpf is the "normal" for all weapon skills iirc. below that you do less than default damage and above, you do more(crossbows excluded). the difficult thing in crpg is, that your real wpf is lower ingame than your displayed wpf because of a special crpg script. armor weight reduces it and for archery PD reduces it too. the "PD lowers archery wpf" thing was introduced because of the seemingly overpowered hardcoded bonus PD gives to damage and accuracy.

So realistically you want as much WPF as possible to avoid hitting those points where you are actually doing less damage than you think you should be doing.

SIXTH GAME:
 One thing that isn't specifically down to archers was that on 3 bars at 27/12 someone nudged me and instakilled me, which I found incredibly confusing since I was also wearing a helmet. Not sure how a person can be so high damage that they can instakill with nudges when i still have almost 25% of my health left lmao.

Iirc only body armor helps against nudge. High gauntlet weight helps the attacker. Damn ranger cowards whining about every little thing again.

Was it shield nudge? Pommel-strike? What's a guy gotta do to get this kinda nudge damage?

Even so, taking off almost 25% of my health doesn't seem right. Also the reason I died was from a headshot, not a body nudge. I.E. Zliced nudged me in the face and I died. Unless that's some kind of bug.
