Well it's pretty open and shut on the verdict, frankly. Blackpanda has no bans for team-killing on his record at all, so I will issue a short 30min "warning" ban. Rando has 2 bans on his record for team-killing, a short 15min one, and a slightly not as short 2h ban. I will issue him a 3h ban for this instance with the sincerest hope he can forgive me.
