I have considerable experience at being shot at.  The two archers that bother me the most are Trueshot and Sexy Furry.  Bariz and Zlotz also have their moments.

sexy furry is the best archer i can think of in all my 6 years of playing. i hate him to the point that i try 2 tk him whenever i get the chance so thats my evidence
