reminded me of a quote wise Hideyoshi once said when he used to be a strat commander:
"It feels as if I was leading a bunch of monkeys, and they're throwing their poo poo at me."A little hint to the commanders: Don't tell people what they shouldn't do and don't ask them why they're doing things you don't want them to do. Instead, give people who are too close to the enemy/getting distracted by one guy/etc simple orders, that mostly works. Oh yeah, and try to sit on a nice, soft pillow because being a commander in strat can often be a pain in the ass
