4. Written description of what happened, the whole story. Also what happened before and after. This guy is a member of independent clan whose members i've had problems with lately. This is the first time i saw him. I don't know who he is, but he clearly th me intentionally. There was no fight at that point. No room for an accidental swing. Right after, his clan mate vercngetorix says "curse at him", implying he did it intentionally. I then asked "who is he?"; which norvouk replied "your mom". This clearly shows he knows what he's doing.
5. Why you think the offender did what he did.* Either he is an alt char of someone i know, or someone told him to do so.

I explained why it was intentional. and sure let's ignore the rules cuz we don't have many players. I'll do whatever I want next time I feel like it. Btw, i wrote ban because it's like, the default title. I'm not concerned with how hard he's punished. I just don't wanna deal with this sort of behaviour in the future.
