I have no doubt that we can populate the mod up to 80-100 players in NA at least with good consistent patching, bug fixes and bringing strategus back online.

Whether that can be accomplished remains to be seen but you can all know that I am working towards it for you guys. I am giving one last shot at properly reviving cRPG. If it can't be done this time then I will leave it to rest.

What's there to lose? Worst case scenario nobody comes back and new folk get a dry run at managing all aspects of the mod, given I know at least Horns was interested in making cRPG for Bannerlord.

Yeah there is really no downside as most of my time spent working to coordinate this revival is during downtime at work.

Horns will be doing the real heavy lifting in terms of programming. But hes a wiz when it comes to that stuff and likes it as well.

I can help with coding, I do(when I have some motivation and inspiration) singleplayer mod with strategus factions so I know a bit how this game works.

Good conversation with chadz today. He is clearing some information off the servers that had peoples private details on it after which he will give control to Uther, Horns and I. This information on the server was the reason previously that chadz could not give it over.

chadz has also said that none of the problems that we have currently are impossible to fix. Should be able to get DTV XP and Couching fixed. Strategus will be more complex but with some tinkering should also be possible to fix.

We will know more once the transfer is done and Horns gets to look into the problems directly. Stay tuned!

Once we are closer to adding some items in a coming patch I will start a suggestions thread for equipment that cRPG could benefit from. Wouldn't mind bringing back some holiday items such as santa hats and pumpkin heads as well.
