I didn't know people would be so surprised when they find out i was white kek
White or Caucasian is very broad term and most Turkish people would fall under that umbrella, even Cicero types who smoke 12 packs of cigs per hour.
You have certain distinct Asian features so I wouldn't say you look like typical blonde white boy, but don't worry neither am I. Some special people on this forum do care about such things and they feel offended when someone claims to be of white races when according to their standards he isn't.
What I've noticed there is certain form of admiration of people who have blue eyes and red or blonde hair, many of your popular actors look like they aren't typical Turkish even tho many of them probably wear contacts or dye hair to achieve that look. It's not as bad like it in China where tall and blonde foreigners are treated like special, super sayian people by local population. Dunno why is that, i find gingers a bit repulsive, some are nice (hot) looking but most British males look utterly ridiculous. Also they don't fare well under the strong sun, weak race.
