Well that's not entirely accurate. Many people were unbanned from the NA ban list, and many from the global list too, but there are still several permanent bans in the list. Mostly the folks that were banned for autoblocking, aim bots, or other kinds of hacks. Malacalypse's ban is a global one, so I don't know of any currently active NA admins that can even see that list. Dupre or Uther would be people to get in touch with. Or Canary come to think of it. He kept his rank even after stepping down as head NA admin.
