Someone should show you how to operate click and drag so you can put the launcher on the desktop like everyone else. You can even hold shift and make a shortcut. It will even show up in your start menu since you access it every day. You can add it to Steam as a non-steam game and it will show up in your game lists wherever you want and you can use the steam overlay with it.
