Can we reset one or two NA servers

I wanted to hop on duel with some buds and play, but the servers were so bad that we went to EU and had an easier time. It's kind of sad my 150 ping is easier to play with than 20 pings. So if possible it would be nice if we can reset the servers. If not all maybe na3 and na7. Since those are more fun with fewer players.

Maybe in Spanish Land, unless they have shit internet in general, that seems like a good balance for South/ North America and Yurop. Actually having a shared server doesn't seem like the worse idea.
