I'm not following development of OKAM. Have they implemented Epic? I think they said first version will come September 1st.
The short of it, at the moment it's half baked.
The long of it, basically they were running on a timer that they set, they realise now that it was a mistake to have done that because it created a lot of stress on the team which ultimately led to them failing the release (Hence the dub "EPIC" fail) they've decided not to set timers on anything now and only set tentative times for things which gives them a lot more freedom to just focus on developing, as opposed to meeting the timer. At the moment EPIC isn't fully released, but you can still look at the map in full and recruit things, nothing other than that currently (From what I last experienced on the EPIC) - either way, the game is shaping up really nice, Skirmish just came out (5v5/10v10) which is looking really fun.
The game definitely isn't without its issues but overall for an EA title I think they're doing spiffy.
