No it's not a super battle drug, it's cut with whatever they want to put in it, heroin is rampant there as well. They are the lead drug dealers in the region and the Middle east has a huge drug problem in general when it comes to opiates. They get special religious exceptions for being jihadis, they like to get their fighters hooked because they are more liable to follow thru with suicide attacks and the type, not uncommon to find 1000's of pills on their fighter's corpses.
