Actually, It was very much so different. He came in we fought a few times, He won and lost some. Decided to call us noobs in NA then Decided to challenge us for a duel to come to EA, My friend and I then just double teamed him for calling us noobs. Grant you that we are both far from being great at this game but this guy lost and decided to take screen shots and try to ban us. If you ask me, It seems like he just needs to stop his crying and grow up a little. Its a video game and there is harsh community everywhere. He started bashing at us so we bashed back at him. He couldn't take it so he went to the forums.

AFAIK NA3 still works so there's like, no reason to duel on NA1 rather than NA3. At least not to do so and expect it to be honored. You nerds should have just muted him instead of resorting to teamkilling and kicking.
