He stopped to have a chat with afew people on a balcony "See link", He was also insulting turks "See link" I doubt he was shouting Allahu Akbar . Also no other news station i took a look at has mentioned this. and from all past reports of other attacks they love mentioning that.

Being a german citizen and insulting turks doesn't rule out either muslim or arab.

So far, everything points towards a "classical" school shooting. Mentally fucked up person hates schoolmates for being bullied.

Next days will reveal more. The police seems to have done an extremely organised and professional job.
