I mean exactly that, if you see KNOCKDOWN in store you can't use it. If you can hit once and then just spam while enemy is on ground that's not a good sportsmanship
Your binary primitive low capacity of thinking is not relevant.
Make knockdown weapons available, but hitting downed enemy while it is down should be illegal.
